Lots 1 - 325 will be an event for live attendees only, with no phone bidding, absentee bidding nor internet bidding. MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE TO BID.

Preview
Public prewiew will be held on Saturday, April 25th from 12pm to 4pm in conjunction with the New England NAWCC Regional convention held April 24 & 25 in Concord, New Hampshire. A second public preview will be held Saturday, May 2nd from 8am to 10:45am. There will be additional preview time by appointment between April 27th and May 1st from 9am to 5pm.
Shipping
The first 326 lots be sold in a Discovery Sale format. For this format you or a representative must be on site to bid and must take the items with you. However, we do understand that in some circumstances this may not be feasible. You may have a representative on-site bid for you and subsequently have one of our recommended shipper's collect your winning items and have them shipped to you.
Parking
We have made arrangements with a neighboring business to help accomodate parking needs. Parking will be in the parking lot of the garage across the street from our location. We will have a parking attendant there to assist you on Saturday and as needed on Sunday. Limited accessible parking is available on the Schmitt Horan & Co. property.
Food
Lunch
On Saturday we will have a food truck on-site from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. They will be offering sandwiches and and a few sides and drinks. We work with food trucks to help support local business and to be able to provide meal options for our customers. We encourage you to use this service. However, we do understand that people have dietary restrictions and sometimes these can not all be met with the menu provided. It is permitted to bring your own food or beverage auction day. Complimenary coffee, tea and water and lunch will be available during the day.
