Auction Format
The auction begins with Lots 1 - 139, a Discovery event for live attendees only, with no phone bidding, absentee bidding nor internet bidding. MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE TO BID.
The second part of the auction Lots 140 - 457 will have phone bidding, absentee bidding and live internet bidding options as well as being open to the public.

Shipping

The first part of the auction will be sold in a Discovery Sale format. For this format you or a representative must be on site to bid and must take the items with you. However, we do understand that in some circumstances this may not be feasable. We have partnered with the Parcel Room Shipping Company to assist you with this. For items you may be especially interested in quotes can be obtained ahead of time by using their online form https://www.parcelroom.com/auctionquote. Please allow at least a week to help ensure that you will get the quote before auction date and they will do their best. If you are the winning bidder please just inform the staff upon payment that you will be authorizing the Parcel Room to pick up your items early the following week. Parcel Room Contact information along with any information regarding our regular shipping process is listed on our website.

Parking

We have made arrangements with a neighboring business to help accomodate parking needs. Parking will be in the parking lot of the garage across the street from our location. We will have a parking attendant there to assist you on Saturday. Limited accessible parking is available on the Schmitt Horan & Co. property.

Food

Complimenary coffee, tea and water will be available during the day.

Note: Downtown Manchester is about 25 minutues from our Candia location and has a variety of quality restaurants to choose from. If you are staying in the Manchester area and need a recomendation please do not hesitate to ask.
