(3) Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., 'Sussex' shelf clock with a spring driven 8 day time and half hour strike in a wood case with adamantine finish, c1900. (4) William L. Gilbert Clock Co., Winsted, Conn., 'Vista' crystal regulator with a spring driven 8 day time and strike brass movement in a brass and beveled glass case, c1913. (5) Ansonia Clock Co., New York, '12 Inch Drop Octagon - R.C.' hanging clock with a spring driven 8 day timepiece movement in an oak veneered case, c1901
CONDITION: (1) The case is in good condition with original finish. The dial, hands and glasses are original. (2) The case is in good condition with original finish. The original dial and hands are in good condition. (3) The case is in good condition with several small areas of adamantine loss. The original paper dial has wear. The hands are original. (4) The brass case, although tarnished, is in good condition. The four beveled glass panels have no chips. The porcelain dial has a large crack at 2 and a small one between 11 an 12. The hands are original. (5) The case is in good condition with several areas of veneer loss and lifting. The original painted dial is in excellent condition.
