DESCRIPTION: Massachusetts, possibly Abel Stowell & Son, Charlestown, Mass., 8 day, weight driven, pendulum, brass movement patent or banjo wall timepiece. Attribution based on the style of the hands.
CONDITION: Mahogany case with crotch mahogany throat and door panels in nice condition with minor age crack in the lower door molding and a couple cracks in the throat panel molding. Original painted dial has slight loss at the winding arbor and a couple small chips in the center and some at the mounting pins. Original hands. Dial attaches to case with three L-turns.
