A web search has revealed nothing about F.T. Drew, but a more intensive investigation may lead to further information. The presence of the numbered B&M tag is also of interest - this is a station check, used by the railroads to identify baggage. See tagtown.net for more information on checks. J. Robbins manufactured checks in Boston from the mid 19th century through the first decades of the 20th. A scarce and interesting watch.
