The upright partition boards supporting the movement and the finials are replacements. The base has been reveneered. The whale's tail crest has two glue repairs. The lower glass has several cracks, Although nothing has been changed for over 50 or 60 years the clock was probably restored from period components prior to publication in Roberts' book. This clock was sold by Horton's Antique Clocks in 2002 for $7250. Ht 26 1/2"
