CONDITION:
The case is in very good condition with some original finish. The base and weight baffle show evidence of repair, likely from a runaway weight, The original dial has been repainted. The hands are original. The movement is signed "Boston Clock Co., Boston" and carries a serial number of 571, which also appears on the case. The weight is marked "70" and may be a Howard 70 weight. The original gilt and black tablet is in very good condition. The upper door glass is original.
