Bartlett" pocket watch, 18 size, 11 jewels, key wind and set gilt plate movement with lever escapement and cut bimetallic balance in a 6 oz. coin silver, engraved hunting case, roman numeral, single sunk white enamel dial signed "American Watch Co.", with blued steel spade and poker hands, serial #32989
CONDITION:
CASE: Band with minor dent, left of pendant; Dings; Fine scratches on outer surface of case; Very fine scratches on cuvette; Fine scratches on interior of case back; Engraving with minor wear; Covers with gaps at band when closed; Front cover extends to just beyond 90 degrees when opened; Movement loose; Precious metal content marked. DIAL: Faint hairlines, center and 6:00; Ring of dirt/ staining on seconds bit. HANDS: Minor oxide. MOVEMENT PLATES: Fine scratches on plate; Minor spotting; Spot of corrosion near regulator scale; A few specks of oxide on stud; Barrel bridge discolored; Barrel bridge screw with oxide; Screws with minor losses to blue; Case screw replaced; Balance endstone replaced. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks).
