DESCRIPTION:
E. N. Welch Mfg. Co., Forestville, Conn., "Alexis No. 1" wall hanging clock with a spring driven 30 day time only movement in a rosewood veneered case with faux grained bezels.
CONDITION:
The case finish is original with some weakening and loss in various areas. The signed nickel plated double wind movement is in excellent condition. The original painted dial is in excellent condition. The Welch-style spade hands are original. The top door glass is original. The bottom door glass (black with gilt) is in excellent condition. A nice example of this scarce month running model.
